First of all, we should keep dry. From the analysis of furnace type, the requirements for volatile components of coal are more stringent for layer-fired stove and chamber-fired stove; cyclone stove, fluidized-bed stove and circulating fluidized bed. The requirement of coal type for hot-blast stove is relatively loose, the volatilization zones of coal selected are relatively large, and the adaptability of coal type is strong. Especially for the newly built circulating fluidized bed hot-blast stove in recent years, the requirement of volatilization is relatively loose. In the hot-blast stove using pulverized coal combustion, the pulverized coal must be dried before entering the stove to reduce the influence of moisture on the combustion of the power generation hot-blast stove. The combustion efficiency of the power generation hot-blast stove is affected by the increase of the moisture content of coal and the decrease of the calorific value and the increase of the exhaust gas temperature of the hot-blast stove. Moreover, the coal contains sulfur, which produces S02 and S03 after combustion. They are very easy to synthesize H2S04 vapor with water vaporization in flue gas, which has a corrosive effect on power generation equipment.
The calorific value of coal is lower than the design index, the temperature level in the furnace decreases, which affects the burning point and burnout of pulverized coal, and the thermal efficiency of hot blast stove decreases. When the calorific value reaches a certain level, it will cause combustion instability, fire extinguishing and firing, as well as the need to throw oil to assist combustion. The calorific value of coal is higher than the design level, the furnace temperature will inevitably rise, and most of coal ash It is easy to form slagging by softening and melting.
When the coal-fired hot blast stove is in use, if the moisture content of the fuel is too large, the efficiency of combustion will be greatly reduced. First let the fuel burn, at least to reach its burning point, but if there is water, then it will greatly increase the heating time, when the evaporation of water through the pipeline, there will be the formation of water droplets, then the pipeline will be corroded, so the life of the hot blast stove will be affected.
