燃煤热风炉煤质的重要性，我们都知道燃煤热风炉的煤质一般的要求不是那么的严格，但是不是要求不严格就没有要求，大部分卧室链条炉都是二类，三类烟煤。燃烧的时候也会出现煤燃烧不完全等故障，这就是煤质没有把握好，究竟该怎样掌控？燃煤热风炉在使用的时候煤质量的好坏，直接影响热风炉的燃烧效率，所以在选煤的时候就要注意这几点了，首先要保持干燥，从炉型情况分析，层燃炉、室燃炉炉型对煤炭的挥发分要求更为严格;旋风炉、沸腾炉和循环流化床热风炉对煤种要求较为宽松，可选用煤炭的挥发分区间较大，煤种适应性强，特别是近几年新建的循环流化床热风炉，对挥发分要求较为宽松。

   在使用煤粉燃烧的热风炉中，入炉前对煤粉要经过干燥处理，以减少水分对发电热风炉燃烧带来的影响，因为煤的水分升高发热量降低，热风炉排烟温度升高，影响发电热风炉的燃烧效率。再者煤种含有硫，燃烧后生成s02和s03，它们极易与烟气中的水蒸气化合成H2S04蒸气，对发电设备产生腐蚀作用。

In the hot-blast stove using pulverized coal combustion, the pulverized coal must be dried before entering the stove to reduce the influence of moisture on the combustion of the power generation hot-blast stove. The combustion efficiency of the power generation hot-blast stove is affected by the increase of the moisture content of coal and the decrease of the calorific value and the increase of the exhaust gas temperature of the hot-blast stove. Moreover, the coal contains sulfur, which produces S02 and S03 after combustion. They are very easy to synthesize H2S04 vapor with water vaporization in flue gas, which has a corrosive effect on power generation equipment.

  燃煤热风炉在使用的时候，如果燃料的水分过大，那么在燃烧的时候效率就会大大的降低。首先让燃料燃烧，至少要达到他的燃烧点，但是如果有水分的话，那么就会大大增加加热的时间，在这水分的蒸发在经过管道的时候，就会出现有水珠的生成，那么就会是管道出现腐蚀的现象，这样热风炉的寿命就会受到影响。
